YPC Nomination & Application Forms

STUDENTS: To fill out a YPC application form, please click here.

To encourage multi-year participation from members, the Youth Philanthropy Council is open to students entering 9th through 11th grade. Candidates must be recommended by a school official or an adult who is not an immediate family member, as well as fully complete the online application to be considered.

Students will be selected for service based on the following application and criteria:

  • Leadership Ability
  • Good Character
  • Skill
  • Motivation to Serve
  • Ability of Time
  • Willingness to Learn
