The Opportunity: Finance Associate As a Finance Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial and administrative functions of our dynamic and growing community foundation. Working under the direct leadership of our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and collaboratively with a dedicated team, you will provide the highest quality service to our current donors, investment and financial professionals, other nonprofit organizations, prospects, and the professional advisor community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts payable and receivable management
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements
  • Supporting the finance team with month-end closing
  • General ledger maintenance for the Foundation and supporting organizations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 24 to 30 hours per week commitment
  • Flexibility to create a regular schedule within 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday
  • Commitment to our values of integrity, stewardship, excellence, passion, leadership, and donor service
