Community Referral System Presentation, Demo and Survey
About This Video
The Community Foundation of Southern Indiana (CFSI), Homeless Coalition of Southern Indiana, and Metro United Way, recently hosted a presentation and demo session that explored two unique client referral systems – which could help your organization expand its impact and easily connect clients to other services while tracking them in their journey across the community.
A grant from Lilly Endowment Inc. is helping CFSI explore the possibility of implementing one of these comprehensive referral systems in Clark and Floyd counties – but we want your input in determining which is the best fit for Southern Indiana.
If you were unable to attend the December 9th session, please watch the video above and complete the survey. It’s important to us that your voice is heard and that we launch the platform that our community organizations feel fits their needs the best.
Please take the time to review the information, share it with your colleagues and complete the survey by Tuesday, December 18th. Your input will help determine which of these collaborative referral systems will come to our region.
Thank you for your time and all you do to support our community.
