Youth Count (2004-2014)

In 2004, community members met and identified major problems in Clark and Floyd counties as part of the 4-Community Program, and applied for grants through the Lilly Foundation. In Floyd County, we led a local coalition to help create a community where youth can succeed. That continuing effort is a program of the Community Foundation called Youth Count.
