If you would like to assist with intermediate and long-term recovery efforts following the Oklahoma tornadoes, you can make a gift to the Oklahoma City Tornado Recovery Fund. Established at the Oklahoma City Community Foundation in May 1999, the fund will direct 100 percent of gifts to assist with the needs of those impacted by the storms.

The Inspiring Families and Building Communities Award honors a community program or collaboration that has improved the well-being of Indiana families. Youth programs serving both caregivers and children are also considered. The College of Health and Human Sciences sincerely believes that healthy communities support healthy families. Winners receive a $1,000-$1,500 cash award, and finalists may receive up to $500.
