SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT:

The Community Foundation of Southern Indiana is offering funds through the 2010 Community Relief Fund in partnership with the Paul Ogle Foundation, Inc. and the Horseshoe Foundation of Floyd County.  Please download an application by clicking this link: 2010 Community Relief Fund Application.

The Community Foundation offers many ways for donors to meet their charitable goals, which naturally leads to many different types of grant opportunities.

Many of our funds are designated by the donor to fund a specific organization or purpose every year. These grants are administered and monitored by our Program Staff. If you are a Fund Representative for one or more of these funds, and have questions, please contact our Program Officer, Melissa Weissinger, for more information. She can be reached at (812) 948-4662 or mweissinger@cfsouthernindiana.com.

Other funds are used for various types of grant-making, and are directly advised by the donor. If you are a Fund Representative for this type of fund, please download our Grant Recommendation form to recommend your grant, and submit to the Program Officer, Melissa Weissinger.

Finally, we offer one competitive open grant cycle every year in which the Foundation welcomes applications and project proposals from non-profit and charitable organizations. For more information on this type of grant, please visit our competitive grants pages.

If you need more information, please contact Melissa Weissinger at (812) 948-4662 or mweissinger@cfsouthernindiana.com.
